Lee Saber joins VanCott

VanCott is pleased to welcome Lee Saber to the firm.  Mr. Saber serves as outside general counsel to entrepreneurs, emerging growth and established companies in the nutraceutical, clean-tech, software, technology, and public accounting sectors. In addition, Mr. Saber has extensive experience in representing a wide range of companies in ‘bet-the-company' litigation and regulatory proceedings, including matters before the SEC, DOJ, PCAOB, and FTC.  Mr. Saber's representative client engagements include American Airlines, PG&E, General Motors, KPMG LLP, Overstock.com, Nortel Networks, Salus Therapeutics, Williams & Webster PC, and Hewlett-Packard, Inc.


Mr. Saber attended Bowdoin College and Harvard University, performed advanced coursework at Yale University, and received his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law.
